Role Overview

The Trader, Market Making will join the desk in London to run, analyze, and improve automated liquidity strategies. This role sits at the intersection of trading, quantitative research, and commercial client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Work with experienced traders in a fast-paced environment
Manage risk and ideate trading strategies across DeFi, market making, and yield strategies
Drive commercial outcomes and bring in new business through client interaction and networking
Configure and tune strategy parameters in response to changing market conditions
Build out infrastructure and initiatives to enhance the desk's enterprise value

Requirements & Eligibility

2-5 years of experience in market making, quantitative trading, electronic trading, or institutional desk work
Strong understanding of financial markets, DeFi, algorithmic trading, and crypto TGEs/listing structures
Proficiency in Python, Rust, AI tooling, and/or SQL
Commercially aware, fast-paced, and intense mindset
