Provision of strategic advice to Group Executives to support the decision-making process
Development and implementation of strategic advisory incentives to grow and optimise the bank's operations
Development of financial models to support strategic recommendations and transactions
Management of transactions, negotiations, and post-transaction integration
Identification of industry trends and maintenance of peer benchmarking

Requirements & Eligibility

Preferred experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investor relations or investment banking
Strong problem-solving skills
Solid financial acumen and ability to build and interpret financial models
Effective communicator within teams and with junior stakeholders
Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of cross-functional teams
