Role Overview

As an Associate Banker within International Corporate Banking, you will support the Relationship Directors within Funds and Asset Management business, maintaining and developing relationships across our International Corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities

Support Relationship Directors in managing and developing client relationships across the Funds and Asset Management sector.
Assist in identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and broaden wallet share.
Help deliver banking and financing solutions that meet clients' strategic objectives.
Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth client experience.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across product, risk, operations, and support teams.
Maintain high standards of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements & Eligibility

Corporate Banking experience or knowledge.
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Understanding of credit principles and client risk assessment.
Experience supporting relationship management teams in a banking environment.
