Technical Supplier Quality Engineer at Asml

Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure proactive quality management of several parts through early supplier involvement, design reviews and design for manufacturing, assembly, testing and cost.

Ensure timely delivery of the required deliverables and documentation, such as statement of work, technical product document acceptance by supplier, proto evaluation reports, test coverage document, first article inspection, MFLOW, PFMEA and customer

Manage the material quality notification (MNs), deviation notices (DNs) and resolve part quality issues using problem solving techniques.

Contribute to the supplier development, improve operational excellence, drive improvement actions, and support supplier audits.

Monitor the performance of key parameters at the supplier and identify pro-active measures for outliers or drifting KPIs (SPC).
