Role Overview

We are looking for multiple team leads for the System Performance (SP) team in a 5-shift schedule to lead and inspire a diverse group of engineers working towards a common goal in ASML's complex manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

People management including selection, development, goal setting and performance management
Enabling self-supporting and collaborative teams
Keeping day-to-day and long-term resource planning in line with demand
Supporting and motivating team members, facilitating continuous improvement
Driving problem solving and priority setting
Ensuring Operational Excellence in manufacturing
Leading the implementation of the lean transformation roadmap
Supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs)

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant technical bachelor or master degree
At least 5 years of experience in leading a team
Good understanding of ASML business needs and operations management experience
Excellent communicational abilities in English
