Role Overview
As a Global Communications Specialist within the People Operations department, you will be responsible for communications strategy and operations globally, developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies, governance, communication plans and a communications calendar to support organizational initiatives and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, governance, communication plans and communications calendar
- Collaborate with teams and senior leadership to assess communications objectives, channels, messages, identify stakeholders, and tailor communication approaches accordingly
- Shape storylines and be a strategic advisor as well as a hands-on communications professional
- Design and deliver engaging communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and PO all employee meetings
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on People Operations objectives and projects
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of communication strategies and adoption through feedback mechanisms and metrics
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in effectively communicating to their teams and stakeholders
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in internal / organizational communication including content creation, writing, editing and advisory to senior leadership
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms such as Microsoft M365 Suite, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Automate, or MAPP
- Native or fluency in English
