Role Overview

We're hiring our first Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll open conversations with the companies that fit us best and drive pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Research and personalize outreach using an AI tech stack
Work defined target account lists based on our ICP criteria and strategic campaigns
Execute multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
Test and iterate messaging, personas, and channels
Report on results and maintain updated reports and dashboards
Partner closely with Account Executives to brief them on sourced meetings

Requirements & Eligibility

1 to 2+ years as an outbound BDR or SDR at a B2B SaaS company
Track record of meeting pipeline or opportunity targets
Experience prospecting into companies with 250+ employees
Great communicator, both with prospects and internal colleagues
Actively use AI tools in your workflow for research, list building, or writing
