Learning Experience Designer at Amplitude | HYRX

Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules, instructional videos, and interactive content for Amplitude Academy and beyond

Identify opportunities to improve education systems, workflows, and learner experiences through technology and automation

Assist with the design and enhancement of high-stakes certification programs

Collaborate on the development of certification exam questions

Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders

Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through launch

Leverage learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve learning content

Requirements & Eligibility

5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field
Proficiency in course development tools (SCORM authoring, LMS, video editing)
Strong use of AI to drive learning outcomes
Experience working on high-stakes certification programs from development to launch
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
