Key Responsibilities

Build a detection capability for fraud and manage partner negotiations and industry lobbying
Establish a billing monitoring framework and design a global recovery system
Define the operating model for scaling psychotherapy online sessions
Reinvent healthcare expense payment by challenging key insurance items and cutting budget lines

Requirements & Eligibility

At least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
Fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
High level of structure and strong analytical skills including SQL fluency for data analysis
Ability to independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives
Excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope
Experience making hard prioritization calls with partial information and managing key external partnerships autonomously
