Role Overview

Alan is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to build and own the internal technology platform, including identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, clinic tooling, and automation.

Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience, aiming to build the new standard in prevention insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine

Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines

Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product

Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem

Grow our role-based access model and manage SaaS procurement and license management

Own the Mac fleet in Kandji, Cloudflare WARP, and SaaS security controls

Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation

Requirements & Eligibility

5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it
Experience writing code using Python, APIs, and pull requests in a shared repo
Structured problem-solving skills
Comfort with regulated environments such as health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, and HDS
Fluent English & Professional French
