Role Overview

We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up, owning the entire sales cycle and shaping the local sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing
Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders
Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers
Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA, feeding market intelligence and local insights back to the product and strategy teams
Shape the sales function in KSA by setting rituals, tools, and standards

Requirements & Eligibility

Currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
Saudi citizenship
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space
Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and build
Native or fluent Arabic
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
