Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of complexity and ambiguity, owning a product area end-to-end for Mo, our AI health companion, working closely with engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, and doctors.

Alan is building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant designed to act as a health companion for everyone, democratizing access to medical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product area end-to-end including problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring impact
Work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems
Navigate ambiguity and multiple stakeholders across the company
Protype, dig into data, read conversations and evals, and engage in technical details
Contribute to product culture and help build the team through hiring and interview loops

Requirements & Eligibility

Around 5+ years of experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics including SQL and prototyping
Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
Product-minded and outcome-driven
Fluent in English
