Key Responsibilities

Make regulated work scale by building the layer that absorbs regulatory load
Rebuild processes end to end to make them faster for everyone
Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end to remove repetitive work
Spot the next bottleneck and design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast
Measure what you ship by setting clear goals and checking adoption, quality, and efficiency

Requirements & Eligibility

You have built manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools
You understand AI-enabled workflows and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations
French and English at a professional level
Legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain
