Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Ops professional with a focus on tooling, operations, and AI to help our Design & Research community move faster without compromising on quality by building automations, tools, and improving workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Explore and test new AI tools and automations to save time and improve quality
Build skills, agents, and automated checks that make design and research work more efficient, reliable, and of higher quality
Maintain and upgrade the tools the community relies on and act as point of contact with platform and agentic teams
Improve working methods, practices, and rituals within the team
Own your roadmap by identifying opportunities, setting goals, and tracking adoption and quality

Requirements & Eligibility

Around 4 years of experience in ops or enablement roles such as design ops, tooling, automation, analytics, or program management
Hands-on experience automating work, replacing repetitive tasks with automations, internal tools, or AI workflows
Familiarity with AI tools and experience building or testing skills, agents, or automations
Comfort working with engineers and ability to speak their language
Experience supporting a team or community through onboarding, rituals, events, or internal communications
Strong English communication skills
