Role Overview

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues as an IT Support Intern on a 12-Month Internship.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.

Log, monitor, and update support tickets using IT service management tools.

Assist with configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and account setup.

Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access requests.

Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.

Update IT documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Follow up on incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements & Eligibility

Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or S+ will be advantageous
No previous work experience required
