Role Overview

We are looking for an intern within the maintenance department to work on the implementation of the 5S methodology within the maintenance workshop, helping to make the workshop more organized, safer, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze the current layout of the workshop and identify improvement opportunities
Develop a practical 5S implementation plan
Execute the 5S steps (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) together with users
Develop visual aids such as markings, labels, and workshop standards
Draft work instructions, audits, and sustainability processes
Measure, evaluate, and present results to stakeholders

Requirements & Eligibility

Currently enrolled in an MBO level 4 education program, such as Mid-Level Engineering, Technical Management, or Logistics Supervisor
Interest in technology, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
Structured, independent, and proactive working style
Enjoy collaborating with mechanics, technicians, and other stakeholders
Strong communication skills and a practical mindset
