Key Responsibilities
- Supplier quality management and development for mass production material
- Supplier quality performance monitoring and driving
- Lead supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality development activities
- Identify potential risk and carry out development of supplier capabilities and performance
- Quick response for internal and external customer complaint
- Non-conformance handling for mass production material- Incoming Instruction setup and control
- Compliance with safety, health and environment regulation
- Co-work with cross-function team to solve quality, delivery, technical problems
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Good knowledge and experience in machining, gear, casting category
- 5 years or above working experience in Supplier Quality function
- Familiar with FMEA, APQP, SPC, QC-7tools, Lean Six Sigma
- Fluent in English writing and Oral
- Good team work spirit, communication skill, problem solving are required
- Accept regular business trip to supplier side for quality improvement
