Key Responsibilities

Contributing to the definition of the finance strategy for your respective factory/manufacturing site
Serving as the key partner to factory managers in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model
Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process
Ensuring robust Business Controls are in place, regularly reviewed and tested and in line with group policies/procedures

Requirements & Eligibility

3+ years of experience in a Financial Leadership role, in manufacturing/operations and have excellent leadership skills
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, and preferably have experience of, and played a key role in ERP system changes/implementation
Hold current UK driving license and are comfortable with travelling between 2 locations
Preferably hold a recognized Financial Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or be able to demonstrate extensive experience in profession
